We’re open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, providing full-day and part-day nursery sessions to suit working families in Hertford, Ware, and the wider Hertfordshire area.

Absolutely. We accept 15 and 30 hours funded childcare for eligible 2-, 3-, and 4-year-olds under the UK Government Early Education Funding (EEF) scheme. We also support Tax-Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers.
We follow the EYFS curriculum, focusing on the seven key areas of learning. Our approach combines child-led play, outdoor exploration, and sensory learning, supporting every child to develop independence, curiosity, and confidence. We also are Curiosity Approach accredited.
We have an experienced SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) who works closely with families and professionals. Our inclusive setting ensures that every child receives individualised support plans and targeted interventions when needed.
We provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals and snacks every day, cooked on-site using seasonal ingredients. Our menus cater for vegetarian, vegan, halal, and allergy-friendly options, in line with NHS Eatwell guidance.
You can register your interest by completing our online enquiry form on the Tiny Toes Nursery Club website. Yes — our nursery has two secure, well-equipped gardens where children play daily, regardless of weather. One garden is dedicated to our babies 6 months to 18 months, the other to our older children 18 months to 5 years. Outdoor play forms an essential part of our curriculum, helping children develop gross motor skills, imagination, and confidence.
Safety is our top priority. Our staff hold enhanced DBS checks, first-aid training, and safeguarding qualifications. We have secure entry systems, CCTV, and strict collection procedures to ensure every child’s wellbeing.
Our fees vary by age group and attendance pattern. Please contact us. We aim to offer flexible and transparent pricing to meet families’ needs.
